Where we are and how to find us
Our home base is 1462 S Laredo Way, Aurora, Colorado 80017. If you know the area, we're between East Mexico Avenue and Mississippi Avenue, close to South Buckley Road. That puts us minutes from most of central and south Aurora.
We're a residential painting company — we come to you. Almost every conversation starts at your house, walking the rooms or the exterior walls together, not in an office. If you'd rather meet at the property, just say so when you call and we'll schedule the visit there.
We serve Aurora first, then Centennial, Parker, Englewood, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Castle Pines and Greenwood Village. If your address is outside that ring, call anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.

What happens after you contact us
First we book the on-site estimate. For interiors we measure real wall surface — not floor area — and note ceiling height, texture type and any drywall that needs patching. For exteriors we identify the substrate: wood, fiber cement, composite siding, stucco or brick.
Then you get a written proposal broken out by line: walls, ceilings, trim, doors and prep, with the product and brand named. On cabinet work we count openings, meaning every door and every drawer front is a separate piece on the quote.
If your neighborhood has an HOA, we can help submit the color for architectural committee approval before we schedule the exterior. And if the honest answer is that your job needs something we don't do — new stucco installation, structural stucco repair, full siding replacement, or commercial work — we'll say so instead of quoting it.
